 Skiffs
descending on Florida!
The 2008 Musto Skiff / Swift Solo combined
North Americans regatta is taking place April 11th –
20th at Fort DeSoto State Park near Saint Petersburg
Florida. This event is set to the largest gathering
of single handed skiffs with about 20 boats looking
to make it to the event. Musto sailors are coming from
the UK, and all corners of North America.
Velocitek has again stepped in to donate
prizes, and there will be a Velocitek SC-1 available
to all entrants to help with training, and on the water
tracking, as well as being raffled off to a lucky regatta
entrant at the end of the event. As the Musto Skiff
class is relatively new still in North America, the
event will be focusing on training, and fun, as well
as the racing, with 4 days of training scheduled, and
bbqs and beach time in the warm Florida sun scheduled
for recovery.
