Place all the
MPS fixtures into Microsoft Outlook in one go ...
Import Instructions:
First download one of these files
Right mouse click and select file save
as; then use this file for the import..
Comma
Separated Values (Windows) : Select csv_calendar.csv
(Probably best to use this one)
Tab
Separated Values (Windows) : Select tsv_calendar.txt
Microsoft
Excel : Select excel_calendar.xls
Microsoft Outlook
1. File – Import and Export (This will
bring up the Import and Export Wizard)
2. Import from another Program or file
– Next
3. (Choose either of these options: Comma
Separated Values (Windows), Tab Separated Values (Windows)
or Microsoft Excel) – Next
4. Select Radio Button (Do not import
duplicate items) – Browse
5. Now you will have to select the file
in accordance with the option that was previously selected:
Comma Separated Values (Windows) : Select
csv_calendar.csv
Tab Separated Values (Windows) : Select
tsv_calendar.txt
Microsoft Excel : Select excel_calendar.xls
(this will probably not work with older
versions that Office 2003 hence why I included the other
formats (they are version independent)). – Next
6. Now select your calendar folder from
the tree – Next
7. Click Finish and it should now populate
your calendar.
