Anodising Rig components

The anodising and the anodising dye on a number of rig components on my boat has worn away and/or degraded due to UV. In particular, on the spreaders, the bottle screws (old style spreader adjustments), vang lever, vang arms and tiller.
I'd like to re-anodise and re-dye these components to protect them. They are all different colours: spreaders were blue, bottle screws pink, vang components black and tiller (possibly) grey ( hard to tell as it is so faded)
There doesn't appear to be any mention of coating or recoating of these components under the repair section of the rules.
In each case, I think it will be necessary to anodise the whole component rather than part due to the process required.
Can I do it under the rules? And if I do, can I change the colour (e.g. Make them all black)?
Thanks,
Sandy
