This may be a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone in the forum knew whether there were good clubs in and around Dallas, Tx, that would support the skiff?

Not sure about skiffs, but there is an active Laser fleet in Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I suggest you contact Doug Peckover. He has a website called impropercourse.
