Hi Boys and Girls,

I spoke to a few people about this in Weymouth and, although I've not had a chance to work on a lot of the details just yet, this is a 'mark it in your diary and organise your leave' notice.

I'm planning to organise some coaching in association with the Open Dutch Skiff Trophy, held in Bruinisse NED in September. The ODST will likely be the MPS national championships as well as a local open meeting - so there should be plenty of incentive to sail well.

We'll try to run things similar to the successful event in 2010. Training will be on the Thursday & Friday (6th-7th) with Graeme 'I don't need no stinkin kite' Oliver and an evening de-brief. Racing on the weekend (8th-9th) will be without the coaching, but still (I hope) with the evening de-brief and a general sharing of thoughts.

Numbers for the coaching will be limited to 20 and I'll be booking people in on a 'first come, first served' basis.

The location is quite accessible, being a 45min drive from the Hoek of Holland ferry terminal or 2.5hrs from Dunkirk.

Accommodation is available immediately adjacent to the marina at the AquaDelta holiday park - www.aquadelta.nl and there MAY also be some camping possible at the club.

Bruinisse is located to the south of Rotterdam, only an hour's drive from the ferry terminal for those interested in coming across from the UK.

More details on accommodation, directions to the venue and registration for the regatta are available at www.skiffbenelux.com .

And the company, of course, will be extraordinary! :D
