Castle cove 2018 Nationals venue info

Postby chriswrightlaser » Fri Mar 10, 2017 10:42 pm

Hi all.
I know its a long way off but the Castle Cove nationals location looks like the perfect location to sail and train, I love Stokes Bay sailing club as well but think sailing at Castle cove could be nice for midweek sailing or training for next years nationals also as no waves to stop you getting on the water, I suspect parking is harder and I know camping is not close to the club so it has its down side?
Can anyone talk about sailing in portland harbour and the pros and cons of a few weekend trips down there next year or this year or is it just wishfull thinking on my part, looking at most sea venue sailing clubs they do not cover midweek sailing like inland clubs which is understandable.(-:

Thanks
Chris
