Having a go

Thanks to this forum, I have established that I am ideal for the MPS.
49 years young, 90 old kilos depending on beer intake. Never been on a trapeeze (well actually I did once for an hour as a Fireball crew a long time ago).

Currently sailing a fast 2 man symetrical hiker, now finding competent crews an issue I'm looking at single handed. (I do have a Laser too, but that doesn't really count)

Also, have established I can pay to try an MPS out at Whistable for 75 quid, but that isn't very local to me, I spend most my weekends in East Devon. I note that the Nationals are going to be in Lyme Regis (where my laser is)- are there any MPS's there - I havn't seen one?

I am note sure there are any club boats - will you be around during the nationals?

Yes, I could easily pop over and watch and chat to you all on the Sat/Sun

Contact Paul at VB - I am sure he'd be able to get you out on the water in the demo boat if it's there ...

Al,
I'm based at Starcross near Exeter. If you want to try a boat give me a shout and we can sort something out, might help you out in terms of travelling. Not around this weekend coming though...post something here or give me a call

Thanks Mike, I have made a note of your mobile, I wouldn't be able to do this weekend either, but maybe one of the following two. I'll ring closer to the time and discuss.
