Got a session or two on a Musto!!!

Hi there, currently at Minorcasailing/Menorca for a few days sailing. At home I have an RS700 that I got about a year and half back...was tempted by the Musto but the 700 won out purely for budget reasons.
So far I can trapeze ok, which is necassry unless you want to sail these types in light winds:) and have got as far as using the kite while on the wire too, quite a challenge in itself. I have never had any tuition, a there are simply no performance assymetric sailors where I live! (Falkland Islands)
Quite impressed with the Musto though, very tippy to begin with. but take it this is because my weight, when on the deck, is that much more above the waterline compared to the 700; which has that nice cosy 'cockpit' area. Found that on the wire, upwind the Musto is a very smooth boat, got as far as using the kite but only in 'chicken mode' ie sitting out on the rack:) didnt want to get in anyones way...not used to so many boats on the water...only have one other boat on the water at home...and thats on the odd occasion.
Its certainly one of the quickest boats at the centre, but a session on an RS800 too. Wouldnt rush to buy one as getting crew would be nigh on impossible.
Hmm, quite a challenge is the Musto. Might have to get one someday:)
