This is what I carry on my pocket:
1- Musto wind pin (you can lose one on the water)
2- lip stick (protect your lips from water salt, wind, sun and cold)
3- two dynema 3mm pieces of 1 meter each (never know if can break a halyard, dynema block shackle, ...)
4- two pockets of energy boost gel(take one after race one and two, paella and beer on the club after 3rd race)
5- pain killer in gel (waterproof and faster effective, never know when you can be damage on musto)

Just a safety knife on a long lanyard (good spare rope) and energy bars/gels... Can't recall what this sun and wind is so don't know if I should've taken a lip salve.

A very good post, I have a knife and 2mm rope, the pain killer is a good option I will be adding.
I got changed in the changing room at Carsingington and pulled a muscle putting on the steamer on as a tight fit, it was painfull but after two hours of travelling and rigging the boat I just thought I would work through it, by the time I got down to the water with the sails up I was flat on the floor not able to move, had to get help to put the boat away so now always keep ibuprofen in the car now, just glad I never made it onto the water
